CapitaLand China targets S$300m for acquisitions

CapitaLand Retail China Trust is tapping equity investors for S$300m ($223.16m) to fund a spate of property acquisitions.

The Singapore-listed issuer is taking a two-pronged approach to its transaction, combining a private placement with a preferential rights offering. Bookbuilding opened on Tuesday morning.
