HKR raises HK$3bn loan from five banks

HKR International, a conglomerate with operations in property development and healthcare, has turned to the loan market after five years for a HK$3.35bn ($432m) facility.

Five lenders provided the financing. They were Bank of China (Hong Kong), Bank of Communications Hong Kong branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), Hang Seng Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong branch.
