Sibur IPO no longer expected in 2020

Sibur, the Russian petrochemicals company, is unlikely to go public in 2020 because of unfavourable macroeconomic conditions, its CFO tells GlobalCapital.

The IPO of Sibur has been expected for more than two years, but the company opted to wait until it had finished building its giant ZapSibftekhim plant at Tobolsk in Siberia, which began producing its first polyethylene from its own feedstock in October last year.
