Calisen begins bookbuilding for £300m London flotation after positive meetings

Calisen Group, the UK operator of smart meters, has set a price range for its IPO on the London Stock Exchange, following a constructive investor education process. It will come at a discount to listed peers.

The terms of the IPO have been set at 225p to 265p, implying a post-money market capitalisation of £1.25bn to £1.42bn.

At the price range, investors are being offered a discount to Calisen’s closest peers, according to sources involved in the transaction.
