Northern Irish HA sells US private placements in market first

Radius Housing has become the first housing association from Northern Ireland to raise US private placements, selling £105m to fund social housing developments.

Barclays arranged the transaction, and JCRA was an adviser. Radius, which was given an A1 rating with a stable outlook by Moody’s in July, held roadshows in London and across the United States in September.
