ESR eyes $1.45bn from Hong Kong IPO rerun

ESR Cayman, a warehouse construction firm and lessor, has boldly returned with a bigger IPO target after delaying its first go at listing earlier this year.

The company is eyeing up to HK$11.4bn ($1.45bn) from a larger float, a jump from the HK$9.76bn fundraising attempted in June this year.

Sponsors CLSA and Deutsche Bank, leading a 12-strong syndicate, began taking orders for the IPO on Monday and will continue bookbuilding through Friday, according ...
