China’s Q&K rental platform eyes $100m US IPO

Q&K International Group has filed for a Nasdaq IPO of American Depository Shares (ADS) with an aim to raise up to $100m.

The company operates, a long-term rental platform for apartments in China, targeting young urban residents, offering branded ready-to-move-in properties, according to its prospectus, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
