KKR-backed SoftwareOne Holding kicks off Swiss IPO

SoftwareOne Holding, the KKR-backed IT services company, launched its IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange on Monday.

Credit SuisseJP Morgan and UBS are global coordinators on the IPO. BNP ParibasCitigroupDeutsche BankUniCredit and Zürcher Kantonalbank are bookrunners. Rothschild is adviser to SoftwareOne.
