GoerTek makes comeback for $300m refinancing

Chinese acoustic components maker GoerTek is making a comeback to the loan market after a two-year break, seeking $300m for refinancing.

ANZ and Standard Chartered are the mandated lead arrangers (MLAs) and bookrunners for the transaction, according to a banker who received the invitation letter.

The facility has a tenor of three years and amortises over 2.83 years. The margin is 150bp over Libor — in line with ...
