CFTC hits the Hutch' for senior posting

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission has appointed Malcolm Clark Hutchison III as director of its clearing and risk division.

It marks one of the first major leadership appointments at the CFTC following the installation of Heath Tarbert as chairman earlier this month.
