CDC sells ‘tightest ever’ Samurai

Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations has returned to the Samurai market with what the issuer and leads said was the lowest ever coupon in the format.

Last Friday, the French agency sold ¥15bn ($138.8m) of a July 2022 note at par. Joint leads Nomura and Daiwa Securities priced the note with a 0.06% coupon, at the tighter end of the 0.06%-0.08% initial guidance range.
