Largest Saudi IPO in years prices in Riyadh

Arabian Centres Company (ACC), the owner and operator of Saudi retail malls, has priced its IPO at the bottom of its original range, winning local support for one of the largest deals from the Kingdom in years.

Goldman SachsMorgan Stanley, NBC Capital and Samba Capital were financial advisers to the company and bookrunners on the Tadawul listing.  

The other bookrunners were CitiCredit Suisse, EFG Hermes, Emirates NBD and Natixis.

The company is selling 95m shares at Sr26 a share raising Sr2.47bn ...
