CDC plans sustainable bond debut

Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) is planning to print its sustainable bond debut later this year, with a second benchmark of 2019 likely to follow shortly.

CDC is considering printing a €500m sustainable bond in either June or the second half of this year, dependent on market conditions, said Thibaud Grimard, deputy head of long term funding at CDC. The issuer is targeting a maturity of five to seven years.
