Deutsche Bank boosts EMTN team with brace of hires

Deutsche Bank has grown its private placement desk after making two hires from rival banks.

David Costa joins Deutsche Bank from Goldman Sachs as a director in London, reporting to Frazer Ross, head of investment grade credit syndicate EMEA. He will run the syndicate EMTN group.
