UniCredit bond syndicate veteran retires

A senior fixed income syndicate banker at UniCredit has retired, GlobalCapital understands. Bankers at rival firms hailed him as “a true original and a character”.

Jürgen Neumuth was a director in the investment grade and CEEMEA bond syndicate at UniCredit in Munich. He covered both FIG and SSAs, but his main focus of late was German Lander. His last day was Tuesday last week.
