FMSB firms up standards for new issue hedging

The FICC Market Standards Board has released its final standard for conduct in new issue hedging, following a consultation launched in October last year.

The paper is the fourth full standard published by the Board, which aims to lay out good practice and conduct standards for fixed income, currency and commodity markets. It came out of the Bank of England’s Fair and Effective Markets
