MAF markets perp new issue and buyback

Dubai based developer Majid Al Futtaim has launched a tender offer and new issue in order to optimise the cost of its hybrid capital and balance sheet structure.

MAF Global Securities, which will issue the bond, held an investor call for the new note on Monday at 9.30am London time. The notes will be guaranteed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Majid Al Futtaim Holding.
