William Hau, an interest rate trader at Deutsche Bank, has joined Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong in a similar role. Hau could not be reached and Mei Zhang, spokeswoman at Goldman in Hong Kong, declined comment. Terence Ng, spokesman at Deutsche Bank in Singapore, did not respond to messages.
