Struggling TomTom may have to go for second amendment

TomTom, the Dutch satnav maker, is considering a second amendment to its Eu1.8bn syndicated loan, after having renegotiated the deal only last October. The borrower said on Tuesday that it was assessing its options as concern mounts that it will breach its covenants this year.
