DTCC Mulls Move To Escape Dodd-Frank
The Deposit Trust & Clearing Corp. may move data operations outside the U.S. if Dodd-Frank Act rules have the effect of drying up foreign information reporting, according to Dan Faryniarz, managing director of derivatives market structure and industry relations.
