Trade Bodies File Brief In CSX Appeal

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association and the Security Industry and Financial Markets Association have submitted a joint brief to an appeal court asking that it reverse a district court’s ruling in the CSX Corporation v. The Children's Investment Fund Management case.
