Mizuho hires former Barcap loans banker
Neil Barclay will join Mizuho as co-head of loan capital markets at the end of November after leaving Barclays Capital last month. Barclay will be jointly responsibly for syndicated loans in EMEA with Deborah Cohen, reporting in to head of EMEA syndications David Yeoman.
