Frank Presses For Simplified Volcker Rule
Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) has told a House financial services subcommittee that regulators should scrap the current version of the Volcker Rule and come up with a simplified version by September, which will then undergo a two-year review to determine which activities should be banned.
