PAI scoops R&R Ice Cream, plans PIK issue and CoC amendment
PAI Partners, the French private equity firm, hopes to finance its takeover of R&R Ice Cream from Oaktree with a PIK toggle bond. The acquisition price was undisclosed but Dealogic had it at £708.2m.
