Klöckner to price PIK tighter than senior secureds last year
Klöckner Pentaplast has increased its payment-in-kind toggle bonds by €50m to raise €200m. The maker of film and plastic packaging is guiding the notes at 10.25% cash pay, 11% PIK — a tighter coupon than it paid on its senior secured bonds sold in July.
