CFTC Sets Time Limits For Swap Trades

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has set a time limit of two minutes for swap dealers to accept or reject trades sent to clearing houses, beginning Oct. 1, with the period dropping to one minutes 90 days after the rules are published in the Federal Register.
