Derivatives Regs Called A Market Killer

Derivatives regulations will cause an “ice age” in the derivatives market, designed to kill over-the-counter derivatives, according to Giuseppe Insalaco, the Central Bank of Ireland’s senior adviser on clearing and settlement regulation.
