Car part maker Gestamp seeks €750m high yield debut

Gestamp Automoción, a Spanish car parts supplier, plans to issue €750m of high yield bonds in a debut transaction. The notes will be divided between euros and dollars and are expected to have a seven year maturity.

Deutsche Bank (billing and delivering), Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bankia, Barclays, BBVA, Caixa, Commerzbank, Itaú, JP Morgan, Santander and Société Générale are joint bookrunners.
