Amprion bids for NSV at 30 years
Amprion, the German electricity transmission firm, is looking to raise €100m with the Schuldschein product as well as the Namensschuldverschreibung (NSV) — a similar instrument that is registered and can have a maturity longer than 10 years.
Commerzbank, LBBW and UniCredit are arranging the deal, which consists of seven, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 year maturities. Pricing ranges for the seven and 10 year Schuldscheine are 45bp-55bp and 55bp-65bp over Euribor.
The longer dated maturities are issued somewhat differently.
