Poland’s PKO picks banks for senior deal
Poland’s PKO Bank has named leads for its first senior unsecured trade since 2014 after having focussed its funding efforts on the covered bond market for the last few years.
The Poland lender has named BNP Paribas, Citi, Goldman Sachs and Santander to lead a four year Reg S deal.
The short tenor seems like a defensive play from the borrower, according to a banker away from the deal.
