BFI Finance gears up for $100m three year borrowing

Indonesian consumer lender BFI Finance is preparing to launch a loan of about $100m into general syndication, after mandating three banks as leads.

The company is seeking a three year borrowing, with syndication scheduled to begin on July 17.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Standard Chartered and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp are leading BFI’s syndication, said bankers close to the trade.
