These awards are the only ones decided by the loan market itself and are based solely on the public vote.
Banks, investors, borrowers, lawyers and private equity houses are all invited to vote for the best performers of 2015.
The winners will be revealed at the Syndicated Loan, Leveraged Finance and Private Placement Awards Dinner at the Guildhall in London on February 10, 2016.
To reflect the changing dynamics of the market, this year’s loans poll includes additional categories such as US PP deal, Euro PP deal and most impressive infrastructure borrower of the year.
The deadline for voting is Friday, November 13. Each institution only has one vote. Banks may not vote for themselves, but may vote for deals they have arranged.
Canvassing for votes is strictly forbidden.
