Meredith Cross has been named as chief of corporate finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Meredith Cross has been named aschief of corporate finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Cross, who joins from law firm WilmerHale, will be responsible for creating the SEC’s new derivatives disclosure regime.
