Commerzbank and ING launch syndication for GHD LBO

Syndication has been launched for the senior debt financing backing IK Investment Partners’ takeover of German home healthcare services company GHD GesundHeits from Barclays Private Equity.

Commerzbank and ING are bookrunners. A bank meeting will take place next week in Hamburg.

Babson Capital will provide a junior mezzanine facility. IK will partly finance the buyout with a 50% equity cheque.
