Turkey’s TSKB signs increased club loan

Development and investment bank Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi (TSKB) has signed a Eu95m and $5m one year loan with a group of 10 banks.

The borrower initially sought $100m but increased the total after raising $141m in commitments.

TSKB, a second tier Turkish bank, will pay a headline margin of 70bp and all-in margin of 140bp for the facility which puts its borrowing at a slight premium to the larger Turkish banks. ...
