All change in October league tables as French banks slip

October saw a change at the top of the EMEA bookrunner league tables as Royal Bank of Scotland led the field and some French lenders fell away.

According to data provider Dealogic, Royal Bank of Scotland participated in 10 deals for $34.4bn, accounting for 63.99% of the deals in the market over the 10th month of the year. BNP Paribas was second while other French banks that had dominated the league tables in earlier months ...
