Swaps dealers and brokers are said to be considering revising its current business strategies in favor of an agency brokerage model as a result of regulatory changes imposed by the Dodd-Frank Act.

Swaps dealers and brokers are said to be considering revising its current business strategies in favor of an agency brokerage model as a result of regulatory changes imposed by the Dodd-Frank Act. An estimated two-thirds of the swaps market is expected to be covered by the law.
