The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has formed an enforcement squad that will focus on wrongdoing in the swaps market, according David Meister, head of enforcement at the CFTC.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has formed an enforcement squad that will focus on wrongdoing in the swaps market, according David Meister, head of enforcement at the CFTC. The agency has also set up a team dedicated to uncovering fraud and manipulation.
