Industry Groups To Try Again To Block CFTC Limits
The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association said they are planning to file for a preliminary junction with a federal District Court to block position-limit regulations adopted by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
