Egyptian CDS Widen To 18-Week High
Five-year credit default swap spreads on Egyptian sovereign debt widened 27 basis points to 542 bps, its highest level in 18 weeks, after the country’s currency sank to a record low against the U.S. dollar, according to Markit.
