Kaisa adds $200m from bond tap

Chinese property company Kaisa Group Holdings raised $200m from a rapid return to the debt market this week.
Wednesday’s transaction was the real estate firm’s second outing of 2021. The B1/B/B company was given an $800m offshore issuance quota at the start of the year. It first raised $300m earlier this month, when it tapped its outstanding 10.875% 2023 note.
