Southeast Asia internet investor Catcha plans Spac IPO

Malaysia-based Catcha Group is floating a southeast Asia-focused special purpose acquisition company (Spac) on the New York Stock Exchange.
Catcha is an internet-focused investment group co-founded in 1999 by Australian internet entrepreneurs Patrick Grove and Luke Elliott.
They formed Spac Catcha Investment Corp to acquire a company in the technology, digital media, financial technology or digital services sectors in southeast Asia or Australia.
