Swedish dialysis firm launches IPO

Diaverum, the Swedish operator of kidney dialysis clinics, has launched an IPO on the Nasdaq Stockholm.


Carnegie, JP Morgan and SEB are global co-ordinators on the deal. BNP ParibasCiti and Danske Bank are bookrunners.

Diaverum is seeking to raise €290m by selling new shares. There will also be a secondary share sale by Diaverum’s principle owner, Diaverum Holding, a vehicle owned by Bridgepoint.
