AMS braves vol to issue new €750m convert

Austrian semiconductor maker AMS has returned to the convertible bond market for more financing, raising €750m.

The new seven year bond was priced at a 2.125% coupon and a 47.5% conversion premium, the midpoint of the initial range. The books were multiple times covered, with more than 100 lines, according to a source close to the transaction. Morgan Stanley, HSBC and UBS were global ...
