Criteria Caixa considers seven year euros

Criteria Caixa is sounding out investors for a new seven year unsecured euro bond: its first at this tenor in over five years.

The Spanish bank holding company, rated Baa2/—/BBB+, mandated CaixaBank, Citi, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Santander as joint bookrunners. 

Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Mediobanca and UniCredit will also take part in the transaction.
