Ming Yuan Cloud prices $797m HK IPO at top end

Ming Yuan Cloud Holdings has sealed its Hong Kong listing at the top of the marketed range, netting HK$6.2bn ($796.6m) following a strong turnout from sovereign wealth funds and long-only investors.

The issuer wrapped up its IPO roadshow on September 18 and priced and allocated the deal later that day with the help of sponsors CICC and Citi. Both the international and local retail investor books were multiple times subscribed, according to a source close to the deal.
