HKBN connects with banks for HK$5bn refinancing

Hong Kong Broadband Network is enticing banks to a HK$5bn ($645m) loan by offering them a juicier margin than previously.

Crédit Agricole, China Construction Bank and JP Morgan are the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners for the facility, said a banker close to the situation. They launched the loan into syndication on Wednesday.
