Vistas Media nets $100m from US Spac IPO

Vistas Media Acquisition Co (VMAC) has raised $100m after listing on the Nasdaq. It plans to use the funds for M&A in the media and entertainment industry.
The special purpose acquisition company (Spac), also known as a blank check firm, was founded by Singapore-based entrepreneurs Abhayanand Singh and Saurabh Gupta.
