Morgan Stanley launches two sustainable funds

Morgan Stanley Investment Management has set up a European corporate fund and a European strategic fund, both earmarked as sustainable.

The portfolio managers for the funds will use environmental, social and governance (ESG) integration techniques for individual issuers and top-down goals related to sustainability.

Both funds will exclude issuers from certain sectors — such as weapons, tobacco and coal —  and also ban issuers with “poor sustainable business practices”, ...
