Europe’s hottest autumn IPO gaining traction

Investors are growing increasingly excited about the IPO of Allegro, the Polish e-commerce platform, and the sources working on the deal are hoping to use this momentum to launch the deal early in the autumn.

Allegro, which uses an auction model like US firm eBay, is owned by private equity firms Cinven, Permira and Mid Europa and is set to be one of Europe’s largest deals this year.

The size of the deal will depend on the float but it has been speculated ...
